This 600 sq ft condo gets a major facelift to accommodate life with a new baby when grandma moves in the help out. The living room transforms into her own private space with room diving curtains that wrap you up in velvet luxury. Tastefully coordinated colors pull the home together with a warm, relaxed pallet.

Drafted all schematics using Auto-CAD 2018, selected and procured all finishes. Lead remodel project coordinating contractors, furniture builders, installations, etc. creating all project documentation. Adapted from a global retail solution utilizing local market data to create a realistic condo in downtown SLC, UT.
